Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Natal'ya G. Arzamastseva; Valentina V. Konstantinova;
Modern Russia is a multinational state, in this regard special attention is paid to the problems of multicultural education, interethnic relations, ethno-cultural competence of the individual. At present, our society faces a serious task of training future teachers, with ethno-cultural knowledge and skills, understanding the peculiarities of the social environment in which they live, respecting the traditions, history and culture of the peoples inhabiting Russia. The aim of the research is to create and approbate the model of development of ethnic self-awareness of the student's personality in the process of studying at a university. The main research methods are: theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem of the research, analysis of the results of the Mari State University students’ survey. To date, the scientific community has not developed a single point of view on the essential characteristics of the concept of ethnic self-awareness. Summarizing the views of scientists, ethnic self-awareness is considered by us as part of ethnic consciousness, reflecting the perception and representation of individuals about themselves as representatives of their ethnic community. The development of ethnic self-awareness of the individual goes through several stages, the most active institutions of ethnic socialization become family, school, university. It should be noted that the ethnic self-awareness of the student's personality is considered by us as one of the indicators of the formation of his ethno-cultural competence. Ethno-cultural competence is defined as a necessary set of personal qualities of a teacher, which includes high professionalism, knowledge, skills and abilities, allowing free use of cultural means and objects in the ethno-cultural environment. The development of ethno-cultural self-awareness of the student's personality is now acquiring special significance in the activity of a modern teacher who must have an idea of the cultures and traditions of the peoples living in Russia; the place of national culture in the world historical and cultural process; know the features of a multi-ethnic educational environment; to be able to use the accumulated experience in the education and upbringing of the students' personality.

Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Alsu Kh. Vafina; Gulnara V. Sadykova; Albina R. Kayumova;
Introduction. The article presents the main results of the experimental integration of the digital learning environment “Online school ‘Living fairytales’ aimed at Russian language learners aged 3–5” into the curriculum of pre-school educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. This digital resource was created by a team of scientists of the Kazan Federal University with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as a part of federal target program “Russian Language” for 2016–2020. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to present the results of the experiment on the integration of the digital learning product “online Russian language school ‘Living fairy tales’ (Zhyvyje Skazky)”, into the curriculum of pre-school educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Results and discussion. The authors of the project prove the high educa-tional potential of this digital product in the implementation of modern teaching concept based on the three-part partnership “child-teacher-digital learning program”. A distinctive feature of the integrated project is its practical orientation, which creates a high motivation for preschool children aged three to five years in mastering the Russian language as the main means of intercultur-al communication. The virtual learning environmentimitates the natural needs of a preschool child: focus on the game, competitive-ness in the process of obtaining knowledge, brightness, colorfulness, visibility, interactive presentation of the material. The clear structuring of content blocks, thematic conditionality, the correspondence of the developed tasks to the individual needs of the trainee make this digital product universal in use not only for group practicing, but also for individual classes with pupils. Conclusion. The results of the experiment are intended to contribute to the successful modernization of the system of modern pre-school education by introducing high-tech products into the process of teaching Russian as a uniting tool in the formation of general cultural competences in the multilingual regions of Russia, as well as promoting the Russian language as the main communication tool for children living abroad and who need positive socialization through the integration into Russian-language communication.
THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATION TO LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES
UDC: 378.046.4:81
Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Svetlana V. Vladimirova;
The aim of the article is to examine the role of international projects in the development of motivation to learning foreign languages. The accession of Russian universities to the European educational space has expanded the opportunities for students to participate in academic mobility, competitions for grants for studying, research work, working abroad, implemen-tation of cooperative research programs and projects. The implementation of these activities requires fluency in a foreign language in professional and daily activities. Knowledge of foreign languages is the key to success and competitiveness of a modern man in the labor market. The article notes insufficient attention and misunderstanding of the importance of studying this academic discipline by many students of non-linguistic specialties. The reasons are the lack of connection with the studied profession and the possibility of practical application, insufficient knowledge, which leads to a decrease or complete loss of interest. The article presents the factors that determine the motivation to learn a foreign language, describes the activities to develop it. The author considers participation in international projects as an effective means of maintaining interest in the study of foreign languages. As an example, the cooperated implementation of the international grant “Germany – Ugra: bridge of friendship” by teachers and students of the Ugra State University is given. The results of the empirical research confirm the effectiveness of the measures taken.
INTERACTIVE METHODS AND FORMS OF TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE “PHILOSOPHY AND METHODOLOGY OF SCIENCE” AT THE UNIVERSITY
UDC: 37.013.73
Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Irina A. Dedova;
The article deals with the methods of teaching the discipline “Philosophy and methodology of science”, which is part of the master's program of higher education. The choice of this topic is due to the complexity of the subject, containing a large number of concepts and categories, various philosophical concepts and scientific theories, as well as the specifics of this cat-egory of students, many of whom are already established specialists. The aim of the work is to identify the most effective forms of teaching. Materials and methods of research were: author's experience of teaching and its system analysis; expe-rience of conducting classes in schools, adapted for teaching students; comparison and analogy; theoretical modeling of learning situations. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of forms of interactive learning. The content of the article includes: explanation of some methodological techniques to involve students in various forms of cognitive activity; description of the organization of student independent work; explanation of the main substantive aspects of the academic subject, which should be paid attention to when presenting the material at lectures and seminars. Interactive learning involves not only the teacher's dialogue with students, but also students with each other, joint discussion of problems, modeling of specific situations. Since the course content is associated with the understanding of the nature and structure of scientific knowledge, in the process of interactive learning a double reflection is carried out– the analysis of cognitive activity as it is and the students’ awareness of their own mental activity. The article shows the relationship between the educational material and the ways of forming interest and independent thinking in students. Further discussion will be held on such means of enhancing mental activity as the use of reference schemes and additional material, discussions and game forms of training. Interactive forms of training allow you to effectively master the course of philosophy and methodology of science and apply knowledge and skills in further research and professional activities.

UDC: 378.172
Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Ivan I. Kochetkov;
The article presents the results of research on the application of methods of strength training at physical education lessons among students of the Pedagogical Institute of MarSU. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that adherence to a “healthy lifestyle” is of particular importance for university students, because they have not yet formed behavioral ste-reotypes and the concept of physical education, in many ways, remains at the level of school ideas. There is a need to in-crease the level of motivation of students to regular physical training for which it is necessary to apply modern methods of training, including strength training. Programs of physical training with students on the basis of strength training require veri-fication of effectiveness and become an urgent task of the teacher to achieve this goal. The purpose of the research is to study the effectiveness of the use of strength training in the formation of a “healthy lifestyle” among university students. This is particularly important for the creation of behavioral stereotypes in the field of physical training. The research methods were: analysis of literary sources on the studied problem, the development of methods of strength training to maintain a healthy lifestyle and improve overall physical fitness. To assess the results of the experiments, the methods of assessing the strength and stamina of students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages were used. During the academic year, an experiment was conducted to study the effect of strength training on students’ strength and stamina indicators. Classes were held 3 times a week for 90 minutes throughout the whole academic year. It was found that students engaged in strength training at physical education lessons, significantly increased their muscle strength and stamina, they have also increased their lung capacity. The conclusions about the effectiveness of the use of strength training for students to form their concept of “healthy lifestyle” were made.

UDC: 811.511.11:39
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Marianna Yu. Anduganova;
This article is devoted to the rhyme, which is not only the object of literary analysis and poetics, but linguistics. The linguistics of rhyme on the material of Finnish oral traditions is not sufficiently studied at the moment. There are just random articles which are devoted to rhyme as an object of poetics and literary analysis. The subject of the study deals with some circum-stances of rhyme’s origin and development. It is necessary to raise some related problems, which are associated with the research topic, namely: the interpretation and meaning of the terms “sacred” and “sacred text” in the context of modern science; basic consepts of phonostylistics as a branch of Finno-Ugric linguistics; place of rhyme in the language and style of Finno-Volgaic sacred texts; nature and sources of rhyme in oral folk art of Finno-Volgaic ethnic groups. The Syntax of these languages is characterized by a strict and fixed word order of the sentences. Sacred texts are characterised by the sentences rather extended by secondary parts, it is one of the constructive preconditions to the building of natural rhyme. Phonological expressiveness of language is necessary not only for creation, saving and transferring words and information. It is an essential condition for the emergence and performance of oral folk art in order to preserve it and to transfer to future generations. This linguistic phenomenon serves as an instrument of aesthetic, emotional, spiritual, and psychological influence on the behavior and perception of the individual.

Introduction. The broadening of the vocabulary of any language is essential part of its development. Changes in science make it possible to consider many word formation processes from new perspectives, therefore their study is relevant today. The subject of the study is common Finno-Ugric word formative suffixes. The aim of the study is to identify and describe the semantics, origin and functioning of common Finno-Ugric word formative suffixes of nouns in the Hungarian language. Materials and methods. The following combination of methods was used during the analysis: comparative-historical and comparative methods. The study material was taken from the dictionary “Magyar-orosz szotar” = “Hungarian-Russian dictionary” by L. Galdi, P. Uzoni. Results, discussion. During the study it was revealed that the word formation system of nouns in the Hungarian language is very diverse. Most noun-forming suffixes are unproductive. Not all common word formative Finno-Ugric suffixes can form nouns in Hungarian, because some of them are very rare or outdated; there are suffixes that are a part of complex suffixes. Some suffixes have undergone changes, others have not changed their form, or have moved from a double indica-tor into a single version. Conclusion. Based on the analysis of the semantics, origin and functioning of common Finno-Ugric word formative suffixes of nouns in the Hungarian language, it can be concluded that a lot of common Finno-Ugric word formative suffixes of nouns has survived and they differ in semantics, degree of distribution and productivity.

Authors: Tatiana A. Zolotova; Natalia I. Efimova; Ekaterina A. Plotnikova;
One of the key features of the modern literary process is the creation of personal universes. While forming them, literary artists, including the already well-known beginners, turn to folklore and mythological ideas. The purpose of this article is an attempt to reveal the peculiarities of young (aged 35 and less) authors’ interpretation of the traditional (folk) worldview. The given paper deals with the works of Leta Yugay (Elena Fedorovna Yugay), the winner of the literary award Debut (2015). In her collection “Forget-the-River” (2015) the poetess reconstructs a unique artistic world that she got a glimpse of during her ethnographic expeditions. In most of the poems the author uses objective facts, realities, and ritual actions, but interprets them in her own way. Yugay manages to attach a very accurate name to the genre of her experiments – “poetic interviews”. As a result, the reader witnesses living dialogues between the writer and her characters, feels involved into adventures, admires weird, but at the same time charming characters, created by the author. The authors of the paper come to the concludion that the model of Yugay's new “cosmos”, no doubt, has a number of innovative features: it is not frozen, strictly limited by certain parameters and a set of characters static universe, but a living, sensual world, where the traditional opposition “ours” – “alien” has been overcome. An important component of Yugay’s universe is her attempt to set various forms of contact between man and representatives of other worlds, while the author herself, the mediator in the space of the worlds coexisting in her universe, acts as the keeper of the delicate balance of forses of nature and man.
