Authors: Valentina V. Konstantinova ; Irina N. Andreeva ;
The article focuses on the formation of ethnocultural competence of future teachers with the help of museum pedagogy. The aim of the study is to determine the value of museum pedagogy for the formation of ethno-cultural competence of students in multicultural student environment of a Russian University. The main methods of research are theoretical analysis of the literature on the research problem, the analysis of results of questionnaire of students of the Mari state pedagogical University areas of training enrolled in a multicultural University. The paper shows the results of diagnostic work on ethnic and cultural competence of the students of
Mari State University and the article envisages the components of ethnocultural competence: substantial, emotional and valuable, moral and patriotic components. The research covers the works of some German scientists of the XIXth century (A. Likhtvark, G. Freudenthal, G. Kerschensteiner) devoted to the influence of museum pedagogy on the rising generation. The paper analyses the significance of the museum of local lore and museum pedagogy in the formation of ethnocultural competence of future teachers. The article considers an important feature of museum pedagogy, that is to show and describe a museum exhibit and only then to reveal information about its history, define the methods of planning and teaching the class. Nowadays museum pedagogy is becoming quite efficient in the context of cooperation between the university and museum, creating pedagogically fruitful and structured cultural and educational space. As there is a huge variety of museums, a student can choose any museum that seems interesting to him, define the amount and contents of the information that he would like to get, choose the ways and time that he might spend watching museum exhibits. Museums should meet, develop and enrich the interests of students who will become teachers in the future.

One of the fundamental tasks of the strategy of the development of education is the formation of a competitive personality, capable of creatively and independently solving the problems arising in various spheres of personal and professional activity. The article shows that even with a sufficiently high level of organization of independent work, traditional training does not provide the expected quality of training of a competitive graduate of the university. Characteristics of the peculiarities of independent work in the framework of using the electronic educational course in the educational process, key indicators of the electronic learning environment are given. The paper presents the experience of organizing independent work as a condition for the formation of a competitive specialist using the modified educational platform LMS Moodle, which allows designing remote electronic training courses
for open resource access. As an example, an electronic course on the discipline “Management and Marketing
in Vocational Education” for training bachelors in the direction 44.03.04. Vocational training (by industry)
is presented. Theoretically, it was revealed and experimentally proved that the electronic training courses developed on the basis of LMS Moodle significantly expand the possibilities for effective organization of independent work, increase the level of competitiveness of students of a modern university. The role and importance of various
elements of the electronic educational environment are related: test tasks, glossary, questionnaires, lectures,
seminars, wiki, databases, etc., while organizing an independent work of a competitive university student. A sufficiently high level of interactive learning in the electronic environment of LMS Moodle provides a variety of ways and forms of presentation of teaching materials, the possibility of modular structuring of course’s content, the creation
of a personal-oriented educational route, comfort and confidentiality of training contribute to a significant increase in the level of competitiveness formation, activation of students' independent work.

Authors: Irina V. Nikolaeva; Dmitrii A. Krylov ;
The basis of the modernization of education laid competence-based approach, aimed at training professionals, competent in all areas, including mathematical, meeting the needs of modern society. Consequently, mathematical competence of the future specialist of middle level is to be formed while studying at the college, but at the same time the ways of its formation have not been determined yet. Moreover, this process is accompanied by a number of difficulties, among which the insufficient level of mathematical school traning, low motivation to learn, unconscious choice of specialty are. The purpose of this article is to establish the model of formation of mathematical competence of a college student in training of college students. Model presented in the article has some clear connection of elements, which implies a certain structure that reflects the inner, the essential relationship of reality and consists of four blocks. The main idea in the development of this model is professionally
directed teaching of mathematics, whose implementation will let overcome the above mentioned difficulties
and in complex to assess and adjust the process of formation of mathematical competence of college students. The analysis of the structure and content of the presented model allowed to identify pedagogical conditions, which must ensure the effectiveness of the formation of mathematical competence of future specialists of middle educational level through professionally directed teaching mathematics.
INTEGRATION IN THE SPHERE OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION: PREREQUISITES AND CONDITIONS
UDC: 378.1
Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Irina B Stukalova ;
Our paper tackles the consideration of prerequisites and conditions of development of integration processes in the sphere of the higher education. Relevance of a subject is determined by the challenges of integration into the global educational environment facing Russia by means of the competition in the global educational market and export of Russian education. The purpose of the research is to research and classify the prerequisites and conditions of integration of the Russian system of higher education into global educational environment. The author generalized theoretical bases of internationalization, globalization and integration in education, having carried out the comparative analysis of a ratio of these terms. Historically and logically Internationalization precedes globalization, which is a result and the highest step of internationalization. Integration assumes development of the international cooperation in education at the state level and represents rapprochement of national educational systems. The author carried out a quantitative assessment of internationalization of the higher education by criterion of the academic mobility and demonstrated a low level of Russian university internationalization and poor involvement of Russian students into exchange processes. The author empirically proved that factors of
a student's choice country and university influence on level of internationalization, and teaching language
is one of the important factors determining foreign student's choice of a university and a country of study.
The author concluded that the integration processes in the sphere of higher education are based on system-wide and specific (geopolitical, socio-economic and cultural-educational) prerequisites. They can be implemented through the creation of a system of appropriate conditions conducive to the development of integration processes; which, in turn, should be based on factors of student choice of the country, university and training program. Methods used by the author are deduction, quantitative and comparative-logical analysis.

Authors: Elena F. Sayfutdiyarova; Lidiya F. Fatikhova ;
The article analyzes the results of the testing and introduction of computer technologies in the education system for persons with disabilities (PwD), since the 1980s, by foreign researchers (Australia, Great Britain, the United States, Spain, Korea, the Philippines and Sri Lanka). The authors make an attempt to identify the requirements for various types of computer educational programs for students with disabilities. The authors identified the advantages of using computer technologies in teaching students with disabilities, which include the possibility of implementing an individual approach, strengthening feedback, which is especially necessary in the repetition of the material passed, the possibility of increasing the concentration of students through visual and audio signals, etc. Various forms of computer technologies are actively developed and applied in the modern system of correctional education: presentations, training games, programs using 2D and 3D technologies that contain animation, sound and video support, which greatly facilitates and enriches the process of familiarizing students with developmental disabilities with new material. The authors of the article found that in many countries, despite the active implementation of a variety of computer technologies for teaching people with disabilities, there are problems associated with their high cost and inaccessibility both for teachers of special educational institutions and parents of children with disabilities. In addition, some computer programs do not always take into account the peculiarities of students in this category, since they are mostly developed by programmers who do not possess the necessary theoretical and methodological knowledge.

Until now, the behavior of the Mari people is mainly determined by bans in life and during the fulfilment of ritual observance, rituals. The bans related to the wedding ceremony, according to the views of the Mari, facilitate the transition to a new status, providing a harmonious family life, protecting the rights and freedoms of evil forces and spirits. The wedding ceremony performed an important social psychological function, ensuring the transition of young people to a new status. The bride at the wedding was forbidden to cry for fear that her whole life in marriage would pass in tears. Strictly forbidden it was to try on bride’s dress. It was believed that so it is
possible to steal the happiness of a future family. The wedding dress was not worn afterwards, it was not given to anyone. The relatives should not dress up the bride out of fear that the bride will get sickl. The bride and groom should not look back when they go to the groom's house. One of the strictly observed is the prohibition to let anyone between the bride and groom pass. They believe that their life will deteriorate, they can divorce. SEMANTIC MODELS OF UNITS NOMINATING EMOTIONS IN ENGLISH PROFESSIONAL SUBLANGUAGES
UDC: 811.111’276.6
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Mariya I. Andreeva ; Marina I. Solnyshkina ;
The research aims to study semantic models of units that nominate fear (and its hyponyms), courage, and tran-quility in English professional sublanguages. 39 lexico-phraseological units provided the material of the research. The continuous sampling method was implied to elicit units under study from dictionaries. Semantic structure of the units was formed by analysis of dictionary entries and componential analysis (hereinafter CA). The structure was further described. Authors provide CA based on polysemantic unit and unit with one meaning under study. It is stated that emotive component (hereinafter EC) is present in literal and figurative meanings. Thus two semantic models were formed. Semes were marked as Em (Emotion), Pers (Person), Ac (Action),
Caus (Causation) according to CA results. Seven names of emotional states constitute the core of the group
under study. Nominations of person in state of emotion, actions, and causation factors are at the periphery.
The research material was further classified in accordance with metaphoric models of meaning. Introduced models rest on (1) nomination of person in state of emotion, (2) causation, and (3) nomination of emotions. Three parameters appear to have similar sources of metaphorization, i. e. action, place, and force of nature.

Authors: Yuri G. Antonov ; Yury A. Mishanin ;
The article analyzes the historical drama by A. Pudin “Kanazor”. The purpose of the study is to reveal the specific features of the author's interpretation of historical events of the early 13th century that had a significant impact on developing the Mordovian ethnos, to describe the features of creating main characters, whose prototypes are historical figures, and to describe the role of folklore elements as an important artistic component of constructing the plot and the characters, and of verbal expressive means. The author uses cultural-historical method to describe the specific features of the ethnic history artistic interpretation and the features of the national character that is the subject of analyzing in the work under study. The contextual and cultural principles of the hermeneutic method are also used to distinguish the ethnic cultural and historical component in the artistic construction of the character system of the dramatic work. The object of artistic comprehension in the drama is the historical figure and his or her deeds. The playwright, relying on true historical facts, artistically interprets an important stage in ethnic history.
At the core of conflict presented in the dramatic work there are the figures of two Mordovian princes. In the dramatic work, the characters of Puresh and Purgas are created in the context of historical circumstances. A. Pudin's play “Kanazor” considers the origins of the national identity formation through the means of imaginative literature and identifies the national specifics of developing a historical figure character that has had a certain impact on the development of the history of the Mordovian people. The dramatic work recreates the authentic atmosphere of the distant past through using not only true historical information, but also national folklore, which keeps many aspects of our ancestors’ life.
FUNCTIONAL-SEMANTIC ASPECTS OF VERBS OF MOTION IN THE ERZYA AND HUNGARIAN LANGUAGES (AS EXEMPLIFIED IN “MASTORAVA” EPIC)
UDC: 81’367.625=811.511.1
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Tat'iana P. Ariskina ; Natal'ia S. Popova;
The timeliness of the study is caused by the following factors: semantic fields of verbs of motion in the Erzya and Hungarian languages are currently understudied, they are not thoroughly described as a semantic-component system; there are almost few works dealing with functioning of verbs of motion in speech. Subject of research
is the verbs of motion in the Erzya and Hungarian languages. The purpose of research is to make an integrated description of functional-semantic peculiarities of verbs of motion in the Erzya and Hungarian languages
in a comparative perspective. The paper draws on definitional-semantical, semantic- component, semantic-syntactical, comparative methods. Theoretical and methodological background is composed of works devoted to the systematic study of meaningful components of the word’s symbolic meaning, to the revealing of lexical semantics through the notion of lexical-semantic variation, and also of works concerned with the study
of semantic groups of verbs. The material for the analysis is presented by the verbs of motion used
in “Mastorava” epic. This paper gives a through account of the verbs of motion in terms of their lexical-semantic properties and functioning. Structure of the semantic field of verbs of motion was revealed, their basic meanings clarified and categorised. Analysis of the use of verbs of motion in the text showed that they, as a rule, are determined by the context. Verbs of motion in the Erzya and Hungarian languages constitute
a particular semantic field, in other words, lexical-semantic system based on the integral features of these verbs. Therefore, they can be considered as synonyms. List of verbs of motion (moving) is not exhaustive and always remains open, as any languages have many phrasal verbs of motion with the meaning of motion, moving in space, state changes, etc. Verbs of motion in the Erzya and Hungarian languages represent a microsystem, that is characterised by the systemic relationships along with a pronounced synonymic relations.
LINGUISTIC REPRESENTATION OF ANTI-RUSSIAN SENTIMENT IN THE ITALIAN MASSMEDIA POLITICAL TEXT
UDC: 811.131.1
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Elena L. Zaytseva ; Natalya V. Kirillova ; Alexey A. Pushkin ;
Introduction. In mass media, various aspects of interstate relations are reflected, which are of particular interest from the point of view of the language usage. It is universally accepted that the Western media system is free from the influence of state power on it, takes into account the opinions of all sectors of society, enjoys complete freedom of speech. As part of this system, the journalists of the Italian editions are considered to base on objectivity and political neutrality: they are not dependent on the influence of the party in power, they can draw their own conclusions based on logic and facts in the publications of any international events. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to analyze the language of political texts in the Italian press, traditionally considered to be free from political influence on it in the coverage of international events. Materials and methods. The articles from the publications of the Italian media “La Stampa”, “Corriere della sera”, “La Repubblica” for the years 2014–2017, devoted to Russia and, in particular, to the referendum in the Crimea have become material for the study. As far as linguistics is concerned, the referendum gives the opportunity to make up a general picture of the linguistic representation in the mass media language, the assessment of the referendum and possible stereotypes. Taking into account linguistic criteria, the authors divide the article into “pro-referendum” or “against the referendum”, identify the key words of the articles in accordance with the main themes through which the attitude to the
referendum in the Italian press is manifested. Results. The analysis of linguistic facts establishes the quantitative
predominance of articles “against the referendum” with politics being the dominant theme in the coverage
of the referendum. Linguistic facts also show the key expressions in the Italian press during the coverage of events related to Russia. Discussion and Conclusions. The authors come to the conclusion that Italian political media texts unilaterally interpret such a global event as the Crimean referendum, including distortion of the facts, reflecting the language practices of Western and Ukrainian politicians as being against the referendum with discrete Russian quotations speaking for the referendum. Italian sources omit or even distort the real pro-causes for the referendum which suggests
the conscious and targeted creation and consolidation of a negative image of Russia in the Italian press.
Keywords: political text, Italian media, Italian language, global event, unilateral, Russia, Western politicians.
AUTHOR, POETIC REALITY, ARTISTRY (ON THE MATERIAL OF RUSSIAN POETRY OF MARI EL)

Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Igor P. Karpov; Mariya V. Sairanova ;
The purpose of this study is correlating of the concepts “author”, “astrology”, “poetic reality”, “artistry” in their focus on the analysis of a literary or artistic work. Science about the author (astrology) comes from understanding the author as the subject of literary activities and literary work is understood as the objectification of the existential forces of the writer. A poetic reality is the internal form of literary works. Poetic reality is its structure: the external level which is the highlight of the image (the verbal-subjective organization, the form of the narrative); the inner level, which can be considered as the event depicted (“worldview”). The author in relation to the poetry of reality is the organizer of two levels: shows the “pattern of life” is both a “picture” of its poetic expression. Artistry as the quality of a literary or artistic work depends on the structure of poetic reality, the individual abilities of the author, the author's poetic vision of the world. The research centers on the poetic works of Russian poets of the Republic of Mari El. The author uses the method of autologous analysis of the text, comes to the conclusion about the dependence of the quality of a literary or artistic work of following the laws of poetic reality, and the skills of the author to present in his work a coherent picture of existence. Basic theoretical principles are confirmed by the analysis of poems of the poet-lover and the poet-professional. In the first case, the text objectified personality, the everyday perception of the world, expressed in the common statement, in the second case, objectified the poetic expressed in a metaphorical statement. This understanding of the studied concepts allows classifying texts on the basis of artistry, thus, a more reasonable approach to the selection of texts to build a history of Russian literature, including the history of Russian poetry in the Republic of Mari El.

Authors: Al'bina F. Myshkina ;
A look at the path covered and summarizing the results obtained, contributing to the identification of future prospects, is the natural process of any science. Bridging the intermediate conclusions is a definite necessity for moving forward. Considering all this, the author of the article set a goal to sum up the scientific researches of young Chuvash literary critics of the last decade (O. G. Vladimirova, G. G. Ilyina, I. Yu. Kirillova, A. F. Myshkina,
I. V. Sofronova, E. R. Yakimova, etc.) and to outline the ways of their further research, as well as to identify poorly studied issues of modern Chuvash literary criticism. Naturally, within the framework of one scientific article there is no possibility to cover the whole range of contemporary literary works. Therefore, to determine the volume of the material being studied, a certain selection of works is made, based on the subjective vision of the author of the relevance and further prospects of one or another research direction, a specific scientific article. Nevertheless, this approach gives a sufficient idea of the scientific interests of the Chuvash literary critics of the 21st century.
As scientific research methods, analysis and sampling have been chosen that contribute to the most complete solution of the intended goal of the article. The result of the analysis is the author's generalizations on the range of contemporary literary problems, among which are: the study of the poetics of an individual writer, the comparative analysis of regional literatures, the search for genetic typologies and aesthetic parallels between Chuvash and other Turkic literatures, the solution of the problem of preparing the history of Chuvash literature of the last century , general aesthetic and ethnic elements (philosophy, world outlook, psychology, people's mentality) national artistic literature, etc.

(“Introduction to the Chuvash folk literature,” “the Golden Echoes of antiquity in folk beliefs of the Chuvash,” “a Few words about the modern literature of the Kazan Tatars,” etc.), which aims to identify genetic, typological, historical community in the folklore texts and literature of peoples of the Volga region. As research method the analysis, classification, description and generalization were used. The analysis revealed that the scientist was one of the first in the Volga region in the study of folk songs used in the functional method. N. A. Ashmarin takes into account the importance of studying the content of the verbal text, in conjunction with national culture. Comparing song lyrics of neighbouring and kindred peoples, the scientist comes to the conclusion that Chuvash and Tatar peoples have a historical and genetic affinity; the folklore of the Turkic peoples had a fruitful influence on the literature of the Finno-Ugric of the Volga region. In his opinion, the Tatar intermediation in the Chuvash language arts penetrate the ideals of Islamic culture, and through the Russian – Christian culture. In the scientific works of N. A. Ashmarin characterizing the development of the Tatar literature, he emphasizes the traditions of the Turkish and other Muslim literatures, the role of art works in the spread of enlightenment ideas among the other Turkic peoples. Some typological Parallels the scientist observes in the works of Tatar (F. Karim, Z. Hadi, G. Ishaki) and French (G. de Maupassant), and the artistic means used by the decadents of the West and in the texts of Chuvash songs. In conclusion the author concludes that the methods and techniques of comparative literature allowed N. A. Ashmarin to prove the Turkic origin of the Chuvash people, to explain the reasons for the impact of the traditional Oriental culture on the Chuvash.

Introduction. Modern linguistic science is interested in the semantic side of the linguistic facts, structural-semantic study of certain relations. The complexity of separating the different semantic relations in the Turkic languages is associated primarily with the fact that the same formal parameters (means of communication) can be used to express multiple values and the same semantics is able to representative different means. So, the con-ditional form is -sa (directly is the formal index of conditionality) can be used in constructions that express various semantic relations. The aim of this study is to identify the semantic relations expressed by the form of the condi-tional mood of the verb on the material of the Turkic languages. To achieve this goal assumes the following tasks: to study the semantics of the conditional mood of the verb in ancient monuments; to identify models of the conditional in the Turkic languages; to analyze the structural and semantic peculiarities of the constructions with the form of the conditional mood of the verb. The study was conducted using the conceptual apparatus of modern theories of linguistic categories and of ideas about the role and functions of conditional form of the verb as in the system of organization of language and context. Materials and methods. Material for research was brought from the ancient monuments, small genres of Turkic folklore, speaking. During the work were applied methods of linguistic description, modeling and transformation analysis. Results. In the study it was found that temporal and causal relations are expressed the most commonly with forms of the conditional mood of the verb, which is a specialized tool of representation of conditionality, the structural-semantic conditional relations manifest themselves with temporal and causal relations actively. Discussion and Conclusions. Prospects for further research of the problem is seen in the creation of modern semantic theories of syntax of Turkic languages.

The description of specific metaphorical models is one of the perspective trends in modern cognitive linguistics. The man prefigures the model of situation and specific fragment of the world in his consciousness with the help of the language and the metaphor, being a phenomenon both linguistic and cognitive, helps him to create a new way of representing an object. Thus it creates a specific national paroemic picture of the world which can be presented as an integrated communicative and cognitive space. The objective of the article is to analyse the verbalization of the conceptual sphere law in the paroemic view of the world by American people. The verbali-zation of the conceptual sphere law is analyzed with the help of a systemic approach. During the research both linguistic and cognitive methods were used. The analysis of the frame structure of metaphorical models allows revealing characteristic frames and slots typical of each model to find out specific features of the world concep-tualization by the American people and its system of values.
