UDC: 37.016:796/799:373.3
Section: PEDAGOGICS
Authors: Irina Nikolaevna Andreeva ; Aliya Vakilevna Abdulina;
The article deals with the problems of teaching physical culture in junior secondary school. The study reflects the author's vision of teaching physical culture, and formulates the proposals for solving the problems of pedagogical practice. Variety of views on the quality of the GEF reflects the presence of a wide range of issues related to the teaching physical culture at school. These include lack of physical fitness and the weak health of children; weak discipline; discord and lack of friendship; the presence of children with different physical and mental abilities in the same class; failure to meet the requirements of practical work in the school of individual techniques developed by the GEF. The presence of children with different physical and mental abilities in one class requires an individual approach to learning. However, the current system of management and payment for teachers’ labor does not allow to organize tutorials for weak students and to have special classes for high achievers. The authors of the study have organized the monitoring of the health of students in one of the schools of Yoshkar-Ola. It confirmed the existence of a wide range of health problems among children of different ages. The study recorded a growth in the number of children with diseases of the support-motor apparatus (scoliosis, low back pain, flat feet), diseases of upper respiratory tract, eyes, cardiovascular and nervous systems. Thus, the number of children with multiple diagnoses increases. The study proposes measures to improve implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards, including: development of pre-school physical education; improving the efficiency of team building and improvement of psychological climate in the class; creating conditions for the specialized work with low-achievers.

Authors: Svetlana Dmitrievna Starygina ; Nail' Kashapovich Nuriev ; Endzhe Anvarovna Gibadullina ;
Introduction GEF 3+ at universities triggered a set of interrelated problems: 1) preparation of the work programs of competency in a format in accordance with the standard; 2) creation of automated didactic system for this program; 3) development of automated technology training to achieve quality of augmentation of the competencies required for the AGM; 4) organization of the automated diagnostics to objectively assess the levels of development of abilities (skills), and to resolve significant issues of professional competence in the field provided by the standard. Of course, it requires to evaluate the quality of mastering any competence from the GEF for each year separately on the basis of the developed (under study) student discipline. The paper presents an algorithm for solving the fourth problem. To do this, the study is intended to introduce a lot of training competencies that equally affect the organization of competencies of the GEF. In general, this technique allows to calculate the percentage the student has mastered a particular competence standards at the end of the semester.

Authors: Kuzina; Svetlana Georgievna Dobrotvorskaya ; El'mira Robertovna, Khairullina ;
The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of the technical thinking of students. This article is a review. It describes the main approaches to addressing the phenomenon of thinking in general and technical, in particular. Based on the analysis of the content of scientific works, it can be assumed that, although the human mind is sole in its origins, that is, the process of thinking involves the same operations, however, the nature of the mental activity of people of various professions has specific features. Moreover, this is due primarily to the fact that while working in different areas, people are dealing with a variety of objects that they explore and create. Nature, characteristics, conditions of professional problems set the direction for the development of the process of thinking as the solution of practical tasks. Although this process is limited to internal conditions (background knowledge, skills, characteristics of the nervous system), different tasks set objective direction and content of cognitive process. Analysis of technical and production problems makes it possible to determine their specific features. That is because of the specifics of technical labor, formulation of the problem of development of technical thinking is justified. Therefore, in order to develop technical thinking among students it is necessary to develop the ability to analyze facts, phenomena and processes of physical phenomena from the standpoint of logic in their interrelation and interdependence on each other. In conclusion, the pedagogical conditions of development of technical thinking are: increase of speed of obtaining information through various information technologies, provision of methodological literature on all sections of the physics course, receiving and tracking the digestibility of material using the feedback that you want to track continuously at different stages of training (learning).

UDC: 165
Section: PSICHOLOGY
Authors: Tat'yana Nikolaevna Golovanova ;
The purpose of this study is to learn about the mechanisms of the effect that educational process has on understanding and explanation, depending on a person's worldview. It has been hypothesized: the formation of a full understanding and explanation of reality will be successful if communication with a teacher is built on collective forms of activities and on the teacher's knowledge of the worldview of the subjects of the educational process. 64 students of Yoshkar-Ola took part in this study. Participants were questioning, reveals the attitude towards religion. The data based on the analysis suggested groups (significantly p ≤ 0,01) that differed on a level of religiosity. To achieve next objective of the study – the peculiarities of formation of a holistic understanding of the world – a formative experiment was executed. The experiment is based on the assumption that the conditions under which information is transmitted, perceived and processed by students play an important role in shaping a good level of verbal communication. The study has shown that in the result of organized education (significantly p≤0,05) there was an increase of contradictions and activity of the experimental group. In a study that was made there were determined and checked, in the learning process, psychological-pedagogical methods of forming a full understanding and explanation of reality through religious and non-religious view of the world. It was established that religious and non-religious worldview affects perception, understanding and explanation of events by the subjects of educational system in the conditions of coexistence of secular and religious culture. It was established, that worldview affects the orientation in the development of an individual’s worldview.

THE URAL-VOLGA POLYETHNIC IN THE MOZAIKS OF GEOGRAPHICAL NAMES (POTAMONYMY IN DETERMINING OF MIGRATIONAL WAVES)
UDC: 801.311
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Anatolii Nikolaevich Kuklin ;
It is difficult to solve the question about Uralic substrate in toponymy of the Ural-Volga regions because of insufficient and irregular study of ethnic and cultural relationship between Finn-Ugric and Samoyedic peoples. It is also very complicated to solve the problem of ethnic genesis of the Uralic speaking peoples, which have much in common as well as differ greatly. Such differences originated from their territorial disconnection and from close contacts with unrelated peoples and tribal groups. Different ancient substrates influenced their dialects, what was followed by subsequent divergence in the process of independent evolution. Decision of the question is aggravated by the fact that ethnic structure of the Ural-Volga region is various not only anthropologically but also in languages. Complicated problem of ethnic genesis of the Uralic race gave every reason for different hypotheses, not convincing enough, not always reliable and sometimes mistaken. To relic geographical names of the Ural-Volga regions belong toponyms of Ugro-Samoyedic origin, representing a riddle, which solving is encoded by centuries-old changes in phonetic aspect and considerable conversion of meaning aspect. Thus, the names of the rivers Bolshaya and Malaya Yunga (in Mari Kogo Yingy and Aryingy), flowing from the right into the Volga on the territory of Gornomariysky region of Mary El are usually identified with Khanty yink ‘water’. But judging from semantic and external resemblance this name is more compatible with Nenets yunko ‘river’, what testifies to its Uralic origin. Hydronym Unzha (in Mari Uncho) absolutely has genetic ties with Selkup and by comparing map drawing of the names of the river objects of the Ural-Volga region and West Siberia.

Authors: Natal'ya Nikolaevna Starygina ; Olga Sergeevna Berezina ; Inna Nikolaevna Mikheeva ; Marina Andreevna Pershina ;
The aim of the article is to study the intertextual interrelations in the process of genre transformation of Christmas stories of Charles Dickens into Yule tales of Nikolai Leskov. Analysis of typical elements of both genres suggests that Christmas stories of Ch. Dickens serve a special intertexteme in Yule tales of N. Leskov. Using the dominant features of the genre of Christmas story through the implicit elements of intertextual links (images, characters, theme, plot schemes and ideas), Leskov creates a kind of formal and substantial basis for his stories. All above is confirmed in the comparative analysis of Christmas stories and Yule tales of ideological and semantic and poetic centers typical for such works. The study carried out a thorough comparative study of the main ideological content and poetic points and areas (implementation of the concepts and value categories). Value categories are represented through the vertical relationship man – God in opposition to humanity and self-centeredness, moral and legal laws. This opposition is realized in the trinity of the hierarchical model of the world (God – the King – the father) in the works by Leskov, and in double unity, God – the father, in the works by Dickens.
“COUNTRY HOUSE TEXT” IN THE STORY “FIRST LOVE” BY IVAN TURGENEV
UDC: 821
Section: PHILOLOGY
Authors: Natal'ya Nikolaevna Starygina ;
Turgenev is known as one of the most prominent authors of the “country house text” of Russian literature. The chronotope of living in the country in the works by Ivan Turgenev is quite unexpected for inexperienced readers. However, this choice is quite clear. Country house space of the story is based on the principle of integration and removing of the loci: from a small house-garden to a huge space “beyond the gates”. Each piece of the country house space locates certain events. Family lifestyle takes place in the country house. The official introduction of the hero with the princess and their romantic farewell takes place in the Zasyekin lodge. Besides, this place has become the focus of a purely country entertainment. The lifestyle in the family country house of Vladimir Petrovich reminds manor lifestyle. While life in the Zasyekin country house is typical for a suburban lifestyle, like Turgenev's contemporaries it recall. Turgenev depicted life in the space of “small” garden like country life with all its attributes. The system of images and motifs that the reader always associates with the world of the estate (garden, pond, lime, a nightingale, a bench in the garden, the garden gate, tea, music, reading, etc.), is in common with the system of images and motifs of “country house text”. But in the “manor text” everything is homelike and familiar from childhood: the garden and pond, and limes. And in the “country house text” everything is alien, strange, temporarily used: a garden, a bench, even flowers. Turgenev focuses sign for the “country house text” images chronotop motives. He points to the chasm that lies between the world of high and deep feelings, sincere emotions and emotional impulses and to the world of the ordinary and mundane, pragmatic and superficial.
