SYSTEMATIZATION OF KNOWLEDGE AS AN INDEPENDENT ACTIVITY IN THE STUDY OF MODERN RUSSIAN LITERARY LANGUAGE IN HIGH SCHOOL

In the article the possibilities of the course "The Modern Russian Literary Language" for the formation of intellectual qualities of the personality, in particular the skills of generalization and systematization of the material, as the method influencing the development of informative independence are considered: 1. The modern society makes rather great demands to the level of training of future teachers of the Russian language. 2. In the course of studying the discipline "The modern Russian literary language" the knowledge of all sections of the course of the Russian language is systematized and the skills acquired earlier are improved. 3. Syntax as a section of grammar possesses high potential for the formation of moral and intellectual qualities of the personality, for the development of thinking abilities of the trainees. 4. One of the most important indicators of the development of thinking abilities is the created skill of a system view of the future teachers to the contents of the taught discipline. One of the productive ways of the systematization of the knowledge is the work with generalizing tables. 5. The work with the tables forms not only system knowledge of the studied discipline, but also speech skills, for example, the ability to present the table material in the form of a coherent text all the components of which are integrated according to the sense and grammatically; the ability to reproduce the contents of each part of the table, illustrating it with the examples; the ability to make a coherent text according to its signs, etc. 6. The work with the generalizing tables can be an effective method promoting the development of independent cognitive activity which gives the students a chance to get the knowledge of the Russian language on the basis of transferring available knowledge, skills into a new situation. 7. The independence when studying the Russian language is the quality of the personality which is shown in the abilities to make analytical-practical actions with the language material and in the developed skills of self-checking. 8. The studying of the syntax of the Russian language can be organized on the basis of including the pupils into independent cognitive activity by means of work with the generalizing tables.

In the article the potential opportunities for the formation of valuable orientations of students in the course of studying the discipline "The Russian language and speech culture" as the discipline of the basic component of FSES of HE are considered. The purpose of the article is to open the educational potential of the discipline "The Russian language and speech culture” for the acceptance by the trainees the system of socio-cultural and spiritual - moral values, ethical standards and rules governing the relations of the personality in the family, society and state; to prove the pedagogical opportunities of the discipline "The Russian language and speech culture” for the development of the trainees’ personal qualities which are necessary for them for successful socialization and the preparation for their future professional
activity. In the article the problems of work on the speech culture directed to the formation of the standards of the Russian literary language and the communicative qualities of speech are defined; the contents of the language, ethical, communicative and esthetic components of speech culture are revealed; the interrelation of the Russian language and speech culture caused by the educational purposes of the discipline is revealed: the improvement of speech culture of the students on the basis of their knowledge about the structure of the Russian language and the regularities of
functioning of language units in various functional styles and types of speech, the acquaintance with the standards of the Russian literary language, speech mechanisms, the bases of oratorical skill and speech communication. At the end of the article there is a conclusion that the success of the work at the Russian language and speech culture is defined by the ability of the teacher to show the educational opportunities of the discipline "The Russian language and speech culture" to the trainees, to create a motivational tendency to its studying.

The article is dedicated to the problem of tolerance preservation under the conditions of national and cultural diversity of civil society on the example of the Republic of Mari El – a multi-ethnic region of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of earlier pedagogical and sociological research the ethnic, linguistic and confessional diversity of the Republic population has been described. The study of tolerance motivation of different population groups including teachers, students, experts, representatives of public authorities, civil society organizations and the mass media has been presented. A detailed description has been given to the most important conditions of the formation and tolerance manifestation in a multi-ethnic region: state policy and inter-cultural approach to education. The research has indicated that the present state of civil society in the Republic is characterized by the real inter-cultural tolerance being formed under the conditions of multinational diversity of the region due to the sensible politics of the regional government in social sphere, culture and education.

This article is devoted to the problem of classification of grammatical mistakes in the pedagogical tradition.
The conditional division of the researches devoted to the classification of grammar mistakes into 6 groups is offered in the article. The first group is made by works which authors put the traditional (formal) principle into the basis of classification of mistakes. The second group of researches is based on the accounting of the structure of language units and their functioning in the speech. The third group of classifications is constructed on the basis of the stylistic principle. The fourth group is presented by the classifications considering the way of cogitative activity. The fifth group has the principle of the compliance of the speech to "the reality, thinking and language" as a classification
basis. The sixth group of the researches has no rather accurate bases for the classification of mistakes. Besides, in this article the place of grammar mistakes among other types of mistakes is defined, the definition of the concept
"grammar mistakes" is given. The analysis of the literature on the problem of the research allows to make a conclusion that various terminology is used for designation of grammar mistakes: 1) stylistic; 2) grammar-stylistic, syntactical-stylistic; morphological-stylistic; 3) speech; 4) grammatical. A large number of definitions of the concept "grammar mistakes" existing nowadays in the pedagogical science are explained by the difficulties in the stating of the types of mistakes and their qualification. Inside grammar mistakes morphological and syntactic ones are traditionally allocated. Many researchers consider word-formational mistakes to be the morphological ones. The most of the researchers consider them to be grammatical, others – speech ones. We consider that word-formational mistakes belong to morphological and together with the syntactical ones make a group of grammatical violations. The classification of syntactical mistakes is presented in the fullest form in N. N. Algazina and S. A. Arefyeva's works. The prevention and the correction of grammar mistakes in the pupils’ speech must rely on the pedagogical forecasting of possible grammar mistakes of the pupils of a certain age on the basis of taking into consideration of the features of the formation of a grammatical system of their speech by the acquaintance of the pupils with the types of grammar mistakes.
THE SPEECH FUNCTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION PERCEPTUAL PROCESSES IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

The article analyzes the patterns of speech features enable the organization of perceptual operations and activities for children aged 3 to 7 years. Presented empirical data allow to verify a number of hypotheses: 1) the perception of the effectiveness of preschool children increases as ways of mastering the use of language resources and the formation of sensory-perceptual standards to ensure the organization of perceptual processes in joint action with other people;
2) the effectiveness of preschool age the visual examination of relations between the images of simple geometric shapes (forms) increases with the child's perceptual processes organizations external voice guidance from adults, which are subsequently replaced by an independent foreign speech, and then the internal organization of perceptual speech methods of action; 3) in the preschool years, there are differences in the effectiveness of visual inspection of relations between images of geometric shapes (forms) having the same number of elements, but is characterized by: a) the "internal" structural organization; b) "external" spatial organization.

The article presents the results of a study of neuropsychological characteristics of visual and semantic perception
depending on the profile of learning. Indicates the position of considering learning profile in terms of the development of higher mental functions are considered probable functional connections between the visual and semantic perception and learning profile. The study revealed the following: firstly, the effect of profile training on visual perception and semantic information, and consequently on the functional organization of the visual and semantic perception of the higher mental functions (APF); Second, level of visual complexity and semantic organization of perception depending on the task.
THE CONFLICT OF INTERPRETATIONS IN MASS MEDIA: DIFFICULTIES OF RESOLUTION

The statement of the problem offered in the article is caused by the lack of clarity in understanding of essence
of the conflict of interpretations, and also by the need of detection of the reasons generating this kind of the conflicts in activity of mass media. The author sees the main purpose of writing the article in the determination of the nature
of dynamics of the conflicts of interpretations, clarification of the conditions accompanying decrease in level of
a conflictogenity in the considered kind of the conflicts. The author recons that rather significant thing is the search and finding of arguments in favor of preservation of the conflicts of interpretations as its presence limited by the ethical code of the journalist and exact and sociological knowledge is one of conditions of comprehension of scientific truth. The researcher came to the conclusions that, first, the world outlook values and ideological preferences based on them cause the conflicts of interpretations. Secondly, conflict potential in the sphere of mass media amplifies by the lack of borders between the fact and the comment, excessive emotionality and inability of the journalist to put himself to the place of other person. Thirdly, the conflict of interpretations is transformed to means of a manipulation on condition of use in media texts of a defamation. Fourthly, as means of restriction of the conflict of interpretations and, therefore, its managements can act the mechanism of self-organization of journalistic community developing «rules of the game» for professional community and tracing their performance.

The article is dedicated to somatic phraseology of the Hungarian language. Somatic phraseological units are those phraseological units containing the main concept of human or animal body. Somatic phraseological units of any language form the most ancient phraseological layer. Somatisms are of the great interest for the researchers from different countries since they play an important role in the formation of phraseological layer. Researches in the field of classical philology made a start for the work with Hungarian phraseological stock. The greatest interest for phraseological
researches appeared in Hungary in the 19th century. At present Hungarian phraseology as the linguistic science is highly developed: a lot of phraseological dictionaries were published. The article describes such principles of phrase-ological classification as morphology, emotional markedness and axiology. The analysis was done subject to national specificity of the researched languages’ native speakers basing on peculiarities in natural, cultural, everyday and his-torical realities. The research will allow to evaluate linguistic cultural specificity. It can be concluded that verbal am-bivalent phraseological units having neutral colouring are the most typical for the Hungarian language.
It is observed that interjectional, meliorative and emotionally marked somatic phraseological units are the rarest for the Hungarian language. The research was based on the classifications offered by I. V. Arnold and A. I. Smirnitskiy.

The article presents the analysis of 242 idioms of the Russian language containing colour naming. Black (29 %), white (21 %), red (15 %), gold (12 %), and green (9 %) make the core of the colour idiomatic world-building of the Russian language. As a result of the analysis the idioms were divided into 11 semantic groups.
COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH AND FRENCH PAROEMIOLOGICAL UNITS AND THE WAYS OF THEIR TRANSLATION

The article describes the translational analysis of English and French paroemias that are the striking example of
untranslatability or hard translatability by virtue of their figurativeness and ethno-cultural specificity. Ethno-cultural specificity of paroemias is the most brightly revealed during comparison of identical linguistic examples, i. e. proverbs and sayings. As far as phraseology is concerned, it gives the opportunity to be absorbed in the culture of a country and to study it through the language, in particular, through the heritage of folk art. Ethnic specificity can consist in natural, cultural, everyday and historical realities peculiar to this people and non-existent in other people. From scientific point of view it is important to study this specificity through proverbs and sayings. Comparison of this layer allows to realize the cultural specificity of any language and to reveal community between them at the same time. Comparison of English and French paroemias will allow to understand the linguistic world-images of these languages and the cultural values of these peoples better, and also to realize originality of these languages and to penetrate to their figurative system and meanings more deeply. No doubt, comparison of the unities’ stricture, component structure and semantics, determination of their equivalence is only the first stage of their comparative analysis. However, it is significant since it is the starting point for deeper examination of statements’ meaning. In our research we relied on the classification offered by A. V. Koonin.
