Introduction. The article includes the issues of networking implemented in higher education organisations. In the process of research the ways and possibilities of network interaction are presented. The basic concepts related to network interaction, network educational models are considered. The education system is a complex mechanism. It is caused by the autonomy of educational organisations, ensuring the openness of activities, digitalisation of education. In this regard, there is a great interest in network interaction between the participants of educational relations to achieve the goals of the education system. The purpose is to improve the model of network interaction of educational organisations on programmes of additional education on the basis of increasing coordination between educational organisations and enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The general scientific methods of research ‒ analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were applied. Conclusion. According to the results of the research, the model of network interaction of educational organisations has been improved, the implementation of which implies the analysis of the level of education of employees of organisations of the real sector of the economy and bringing their professional level to the requirements set by the employer.
