The article considers the requirements of new educational standards, the notion of continuity; a succession of different textbooks of elementary school by how of succession in the formulation of the tasks in the study of norms orthoepy. Considered the interpretation of the terms of the Russian language, their formulation by different authors in the textbooks of elementary and middle school. Analyzed the mistakes made in the preparation of some of the educational — methodical complexes; are commented new textbooks, their compliance with the requirements FSES. Proposing solutions the formation of norms orthoepy in elementary school children.
