The article considers the changes taking place in esthetics, ethics and art in the transition from modern to postmodern. The concepts of Fredric Jameson, Jean Baudrillard, Gilles Deleuze, Pierre-Félix Guattari, Rich-ard McKay Rorty and Richard Shusterman on the character of changes occurring in ethics and esthetics today have been analysed by the author.
