The article deals with the peculiarities of the «resources – results» method of optimal planning in the modern system of agriculture industry management. The authors consider both outer and inner groups of factors and conditions to provide stable functioning of agricultural production. Economic analysis methods to choose the variants of management decisions used in market economy are also the subject of the article.
