The article is devoted to philosophical analysis of globalization as a phenomenon, its contradictory character in modern society. The author makes an attempt to prove the idea that globalization is a modern form of integration between countries, states and nations and finds out the perspective potential of globalization as real integration in contrast with imperialism, westernization and life model of America.
