The article reveals how during the present election campaigns an intricate manipulation by voters’ consciousness is increasing. Under these conditions, rabulistics, black rhetoric and black PR are widely used, due to which, by hook or by crook, certain ideas favourable for political manipulators are effectively “implanted” into public consciousness.
