The psychological mechanisms of the development of emotional sphere are considered from theoretical positions of systematic pragmatic and a cultural historical approach to the analysis and explanation of psychic phenomena. The author outlines the following common factors: emotional control formation of animals during evolution process; functional development of emotional sphere of human beings in ontogenesis; functional inclusion of linguistic means into emotional control of activities.
