Social policy pursued by the government turns financial condition assessment of the regional Department of the Retirement Fund of the Russian Federation into a topical problem. Econometric methods are used in this paper to do an overall research of the number of the insured in the system of personalized record keeping. The results obtained can be used both for current estimate of fund condition and creation of actuarial sociodemographic and financial models.
