The article proves that manager’s gender training is becoming topical and considers the term manager’s gender competence and its components. It is offered to include a special course «Gender Aspects of Management» into the variable part of manager’s professional training, and its content, effective forms and methods of teaching in the framework of this course are considered in the article.
