The article determines the cross-impact degree of the volatility of the market value of a dual currency basket (the US dollar and the Euro) on the adaptability of the Russian economy to financial changes, cash assets placement, economic recovery, based on the analysis of social and economic nature of the phenomenon, by means of maintaining the stability and support of the national currency on the assumption of its floating price.
