The article considers the basic approaches to the definition of the integrated forms of agribusiness organization. It also presents the basic types of integrated agroformations. The comparative characterization of integrated agroformations has been developed. The authors present variants for the development of the integration in the agro-industrial complex: the creation of the vertically integrated structures of the holding type, the cooperative forms the of enterprises association, the cluster approach to the integration processes.
