Holding actions of the deviations directed to prevention among teenagers is very urgent and important now. The challenge to society is particularly acute from the extremist and terrorist organizations. Big problems are the facts of involvement of students in the extremist groups and other destructive organizations pushing them to illegal activity. In the professional educational organizations students get into risk group on distribution of deviations in connection with features of age and a social portrait of students and therefore the system of professional development of pedagogical workers in the direction of prevention of deviations plays an important role in the general system of actions for decrease in deviant manifestations among teenagers. At the Chelyabinsk institute of development of professional education within activity of laboratory “A. S.
