The article focuses on the creativity by the French poet, novelist, essayist, art critic Henri de Regnier
(1864–1936). The representative of the symbolic and Parnassian schools, he added much to the French
culture of the end of the nineteenth century and beginning of the twentieth.
The author of the article studies the way nature and culture, life and art are revealed in the writer’s
creativity. The poet follows a Parnassian principle that makes works of applied art or exotic messengers
of Greek and Roman mythology or landscape-gardening the only object worth portraying. On the
whole, the opposition ‘natural – artificial’ is investigated.
The article is of special interest for professors, postgraduates, students of French literature, for those
who feel like learning more about the French literature of the period.

The paper offers the results of five-year observation of 15 apple-trees at a small-stature form of 62-396
stock. They show that the climate of the Republic of Mari El enables the apple-trees to grow successfully
at a small-stature form of stock, recover from severe winters, fruit in two-three years after planting,
subject to the kind.

The article presents the results of Holstein breed degree influence on milk productivity and reproductive
ability of dairy cattle from bred livestock farms of the Republic of Mari El. The research found
out that the increase of Holstein breed degree resulted in increasing milking capacity, reducing milk
mass concentration and deteriorating slightly reproductive ability of cows.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the research of follow-up drives’ dynamics which are intended
for the work in conditions of alternating capacity influence including the unit drive of helicopter suspension. The mathematical model of driving suspension has been developed. The calculations of the mathematical model for different laws of drive moving such as the harmonic law, the law of arc
tangent, the exponential law are presented. Important conclusions are made for practical purposes.

Eight spices of terraneous mollusca are revealed as a result of our collecting in linden-spruce woodsorrel
and derivative spruce extractions (aged 1−30 years). All the spices collected are known as phenophyllophilus
or inhabitants of softwood (some of them represented the following types N. hammonis,
N. petronella, Bradybaena fruticum) and wet meadows.
The population of terraneous mollusca in our collecting is not huge (0,3–0,8 species per square meter).
Meanwhile, the adaptability of mollusca to various conditions of the environment and low ability to
disperse allow to use them in characteristics of hydrothermal regime of biotopes and soil-forming process.

First two years after the complete felling there is a disintegration of forest herbaceous plants because
of a sudden change of light intensity, watering and exchange flux. At the same time there is a process
of forming clear cutting aggregation where raspberry and rosebay prevail. This process lasts from three to
six years. In future the quantity of these plants runs down in virtue of fast growing of the tree species.
As a result of the restocking the plant life is formed in wood-cutting areas at the age of 9−12 years.
The soils of tested area is sod-pod and sabulous. The green cover change of clear cutting leads to the
slow process of swamping during the first three years. The wood-cutting areas grow over and partly
with hardwood undergrowth that leads to the intensive development of soddy process in soil-formation.
In our conditions this process is short-term and lasts in wood-cutting areas for 3−7 years. More typical
for the forest plants the soil regime sets in due to the fast regeneration of cutover stands with hardwood

Plantago lanceolata L. is rather flexible. The species are able to reproduce with the help of both seeds
and vegetation – by multi-rosette plant particularion and buds, being formed on the roots of specialized
structures of sucker origin. The combination of processes of seed and vegetative reproduction on slopes
may be seen as adaptation mechanism in Plantago lanceolata L.

The concentration of lipoid peroxidation products (peroxide groups, diethenoid, triplethenoid conjugate
and double links) is estimated in vegetative organs (leaves, roots) of grassplot plants (randall, cocksfoot,
red clover) in the conditions of urban environment. Three age groups of plants were used in the current
research: virgin (v), middle-aged generative (g2) and subsenile (ss). Accurate modifications in the
concentration of lipoid peroxidation products were revealed in the plants in connection with the environmental
pollution. The environmental pollution increased the concentration of peroxide groups in
vegetative organs of grassplot plants. The maximum concentration of peroxide groups in red clover
was viewed in roots, in randall and cocksfoot – in leaves of subsenile cycle. Quick concentration rise
of diethenoid, triplethenoid conjugate and double links in the polluted area was revealed in cocksfoot
and red clover of the subsenile cycle. Gradual increase of the mentioned features was viewed in randall:
from pregenerative to generative and then decrease in the postgenerative period. The results of the
research can be applied to describe tolerance of grassplot plants towards anthropogenous environmental
conditions and in formulation of ecological and physiological parameters in ontogeny of plants. The
results can be used to indicate the condition of the urban environment.

At the regional level, the existing legislative framework provides for the management of organic waste.
It uses economic mechanism of impact on enterprises where waste salvage does not qualify nature
conservation requirements. The development of new technologies for organic waste salvage is based
on the principles of sustainable development when improved methods of waste salvage, recovery, and
processing are to be implemented. Such a technology is called vermitechnology. Its implementation
helps to increase competitive growth of enterprises in a market environment. The cost estimation of
vermitechnology production including capital investment for a poultry factory year-over-year showed
the need for investments at the rate of 1,251,700 RUB. When being realized at the foreign market, expected
gains make up 486,500 RUB in the first quarter and amount to 5.3 mln. RUB in a year.

of the Retirement Fund of the Russian Federation into a topical problem. Econometric methods
are used in this paper to do an overall research of the number of the insured in the system of personalized
record keeping. The results obtained can be used both for current estimate of fund condition and
creation of actuarial sociodemographic and financial models.

The article considers the issues of realizing economic behaviour of enterprises under uncertainty and
constant risk, defines the borders of economic freedom and economic choice.
When analysing three main types of economic behaviour of enterprises forced to adapt to economic
reality, the authors have found out that Russian economy shows positive tendencies over crisis management
at enterprises. Having studied the matters of choosing a strategy and tactics of survival and further
development of enterprises, the authors define priority directions for enterprises aimed at minimizing
economic losses and maximizing profits. A search for a differentiated approach in economic
behaviour allowed tracing the evolution of market factors that determine welfare of an enterprise.

The article deals with theoretical and methodological aspects of competitive federalism development.
It was defined that Russia has developed a national federalism model combining the principles of
budget, cooperative and competitive federalism. The authors have concluded that the model of competitive
federalism has good prospects. From the methodological viewpoint the bases and principles
of competitive federalism are defined: the principles of competition between authorities, subsidiary,
origin, exceptionality, fiscal equivalence, that have been supplemented with another two: the ones of
openness and transparency.

The article formulates and considers main practical aspects of the improvement and development of
private property institution in the Russian Federation. Russian private property institution was defined
to have substantial distortions caused by the drawbacks of existing regulatory legal acts; pernicious
influence of side effects connected with bureaucracy and crime; absence of a clearly defined program
aimed at support and development of small-scale business. The authors have drawn a conclusion that
the improvement of Russian private property institution is the most urgent direction in the state development
that requires the adoption of complex measures both at macro- and micro levels.

In connection with passing new federal law № 208-FZ of June 27 2010 «On consolidated fiscal accounting
» it’s necessary to draw up consolidated fiscal statements in compliance with international
standard. It is possible provided that a parent has an associate company.
The article deals with 28 IAS regulations «Associate company investment», governing associate company
consolidated fiscal statements; studies the regulations of the standard aforesaid on the assumption of
Russian legal system; gives some examples of special features of submitting the information on associate
companies to accounting and consolidated fiscal statements.
