Scientific mapping of the world has its stages in development: classical, nonclassical and post-nonclassical. The classical one referring to the New time (XVII century) is the system of thinking based on the ideas of R. Descartes and I. Newton. A revolution in natural sciences (physics) lead to the appearance of a nonclassical picture of the world (XIX-XX centuries). Synergetic «anthropic principle», «the concept of steady development», nanotechnologies appeared in the second half of the XX century. They were precisely the base to create the image of the postnonclassical mapping of the world.

The doctrine of soul immortality was one of the main teachings in ancient Greek phylosophic systems. One of its forms is reincarnation or returning to life in a new body after death. Before Plato the doctrine was mostly based on tradition, and beginning with Plato we can speak about scientific (in the ancient understanding of the word) development of the problem. Nevertheless, Pre-Plato phylosophy is of great interest as a source of this ancient Greek teaching.

The problem of women’s participation in politics has become of great interest recently. It caused the appearance of the term «gender» and its combinations: «gender equality», «gender measurement», «gender asymmetry». One of the concept’s definitions is of special attention as in our opinion it gives a precise definition to the word «gender». According to sociologist A.Giddenсе, it is «not physical distinctions between men and women, but socially formed features of courage and feminity».

In the article based on the Mari ASSR materials the repressive politics of the Soviet State concerning peasantry is shown. During collectivization of agriculture and formation of kolkhozes prosperous peasants («kulaks») were evicted to GULAG. Their property was confiscated and given to kolkhozes. Having returned to their native places of living by 1937 the evicted «kulaks» were subjected repressions due to the secret order 00447 of 30 June, 1937 signed by USSR NKVD narkom (people’s commissar) N.I. Yezhov.

The article analyses quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of collective-farm peasantry and changes in the working conditions on collective farms in the Mari ASSR during World War II. The number of agricultural population of the republic and its social structure are investigated. The questions of workload growth, the decrease of income and the government measures to increase labour productivity on collective farms are also considered.

The article determines a number of genres typical of Russian traditional culture in Mari El and focuses on the peculiarities of their poetics and contents. The article focuses on the role of traditional culture in modern youth subcultures. A number of traditional constituents are found in gamers’ communities (fans of computer games). Among them there is original folklorism (mythological setting, characters, etc.) of a certain game genre, fans’ folklore (anecdotes, special narratives – bayka), gamers’ desire to emulate laws of traditional community in game life (living in guilds).

The level of soil fungistazis and bread grains contamination with root rot during crop rotation depending on soil cultivation and fertilizers are examined in the article. The dependence of soil fungistazis and bread grains contamination on soil cultivation is determined. It is shown that minimal soil cultivation with fertilizers dressing does not cause fungistazis deterioration, and phytosanitary conditions of the grain agrocoenosis in the north-east of the Russian Nonblack Soil Zone do not become worse. The green paste of plants, manure and straw of crops cultivated in mulch promote fungistazis activation, phytosanitary optimization of the arable soil and increase in crop capacity.

The article explores the nature of feathering coloration in guinea fowls. It is shown that pigmentation degree depends on their sex. A method to increase the accuracy of sexing according to guinea fowls’ phenotype is presented in the article. The results suggest that the precision of visual sex determination is 95-96.5 %.

We believe most particles building the Universe and weakly interacting between each other exist in a degenerate (basic) state promoting minimal contribution to the vacuum polarization to estimate which space curvature is used. Because of low temperatures quarks in the form of baryons are distributed in the Universe with a marginal density. That is why the geometrical structure of Metagalaxy does not differ much from the one of flat space. Moreover, it can be assumed that the Minkowski space-time symmetry is induced by physical properties of the Universe fermions in a degenerate state under 0°. It allows to solve not only the problem of the Universe planeness but also the observer horizon (the isotropy problem of the cosmic microwave background from the Universe observer horizon).

The article presents the results of the experiments on the dynamics of natural radioactivity changes that have been carried out over a long period of time. It is shown, that the significant change of its value during rain and snow is caused by the increase in activity due to the fact that 214Bi – the yield of radon decay is washed away from the atmosphere.

The method of numerical experiment on NN (1 < N < 1000) square lattices simulating a biphase granular superconducting film determines the threshold concentration of superconducting grains: C1, at which separate closed intergranular current of a contour blocking nonsuperconducting areas appears, C2, at which an incorporated superconducting contour with its borders entering a lateral surface of a sample appears and С0R at which closed current runs through a granular film in the form of a cylinder’s lateral surface. At N = 1000 these concentration equals C1 = 0,1735 0,0235, C2 = 0,7150 0,0100 and С0R = 0,5939 0,0027. The dependence of the number of normal and superconducting contours blocked by closed intergranular superconducting currents on the concentration of superconducting grains is determined in the article.

To neutralize the sewage containing simple and complex metal cyanides the compounds with «active» chlorine are usually used. The oxygenization of complex metal cyanides together with chlorinated lime and air oxygen takes less time and leads to the improvement of the organoleptic properties of cleaned water. The method of decreasing pollution and a device for sewage purification are presented in the article. Its installation allows to decrease chlorinated lime consumption by 40 times with simultaneous oxygenizing of cyanide by air oxygen and chlorinated lime. It is also possible to decrease the formation of chlorine-organic compounds and increase the degree of heavy metal hydroxide settling.
